The ToPAS SD15-SE is a High Efficiency, 15W RMS Audio Amplifier Module.
Designed to mount directly to each loud speaker in a multi speaker system. It negates the need to use transformers as is the case in conventional 100V Line systems, vastly improving sound quality.  The SD15-SE uses advanced technology “Class D” amplification tecniques that achieve efficiencies as high as 88%. For comparison, conventional audio amplifiers (class B) are typically 40% efficient. Higher efficiency means lower overall system power consumption, smaller standby batteries, smaller standby battery chargers, smaller gauge connecting wires etc.
The SD15-SE is short circuit and overload protected.
